Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN
Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center – Philadelphia, PA

Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist

• Assist residents in achieving functional goals and improved independence

• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license required

• Indirect Supervision authorization preferred

• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
