We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, PA. What You'll Do

• Complete PT evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting

• Document services accurately and timely

• Collaborate with the therapy and nursing teams to support resident progress

• Promote safe mobility, strengthening, and functional independence

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania

• Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, resident-focused mindset
