Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, located in Sparta, North Carolina, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands-on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting.

Position Details:

• Status: Full-Time & PRN
• Shift: Day shift preferred (flexibility may be available)
• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities:

• Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents
• Track daily notes, treatment progress, and billing
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education
• Communicate with therapy team, nursing, and families
• Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current state licensure as a PTA
• Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
