Location: Live Oak, Florida
Shift: PRN
Salary: Up to $37 per hour

Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to evaluate residents’ needs and assist in implementing individualized therapeutic treatment plans.
• Support residents in regaining independence by guiding them through daily living activities and enhancing functional abilities.
• Provide hands-on assistance during prescribed occupational therapy interventions to promote recovery from illness, injury, or other health conditions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

• Active Florida COTA License (Required)

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for providing high-quality resident care
