As a Full-Time PTA, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain independence and reach their full potential. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients

• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

• Use equipment and supplies to facilitate patient treatment and ensure a safe and clean environment

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordination of care

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and Platinum Ridge Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Current PTA certification in the state of Pennsylvania

• 0 years of experience (entry-level welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support
