About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab, you will:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' abilities and create personalized treatment plans to promote optimal physical function and independence

• Develop and implement effective physical therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion

• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of progress, diagnoses, and treatments

• Participate in quality assessment and improvement activities to ensure the highest level of care for our residents

Requirements

• *bs in Physical Therapy (or International equivalent) with a current physical therapy license in the state of Wisconsin

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with limited mobility
