Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluator - Early Intervention & CPSE (Pre-School)

All About Kids is seeking highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluators to join our team in providing comprehensive evaluation and assessment services for young children. As a Physical Therapist Evaluator, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations in-person, using appropriate testing tools, and collaborating with families, parents, school/daycare providers, and other evaluators to ensure a valid description of the child's functioning and abilities. 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct evaluations in-person using appropriate testing tools allowed by NYS (PDMS-3 and AIMS are the most commonly used tools; other tools are acceptable) 

• Collaborate with other evaluators on the case and therapists, as well as with families, parents, school/daycare providers to ensure a valid description of the child's functioning and abilities 

• Opportunity to cover meetings as an AAK Representative with school districts and the Department of Health to review reports/findings and assist in developing a plan for each child at additional compensation 

Compensation: 

• $125-$200 per evaluation 

Physical Therapist Requirements: 

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Licensed Physical Therapist  

• New York State Physical Therapist licensure 

• Access to testing tools, materials, and protocols for evaluations 

• Excellent writing skills, time management, punctuality, and readiness to work
