POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or license-eligible) required.

COMPENSATION (FULL-TIME)

• Base + Year 1 Guaranteed Compensation: $56,000 – $79,000 annually
• Sign-on or Relocation Bonus (experience dependent)
• Guaranteed Monthly Stipends rather than relying on uncertain or variable bonus structures.
• Annual Retention Stipend with long-term growth focus
• Optional Saturday coverage (paid separately)
• Performance rewards earned as extra paid vacation time
