EDU-AIDS is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join a supportive school district in Akron, OH 44320. 

Position Details

• Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Akron, OH 44320
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities
• Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) License
• NBCOT Certification (COTA)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
