LPN/RN – Split Shift (7 Days/Week)

Job Summary:

Belove It Care, a leading provider of in-home skilled nursing care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team. As a split-shift nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to a client requiring consistent daily support and monitoring. Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Blood glucose monitoring

• Insulin administration (with meals)

• Medication administration

• Wound care (as needed)

• Foley catheter care and/or irrigation

• Ongoing client assessment

• Accurate documentation of care provided

• Communication with care team regarding any changes

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license (Ohio)

• Experience with wound care and catheter care preferred

• Strong clinical and documentation skills

• Reliable transportation and professionalism
