Always Best Care of Greater Cleveland is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our team of physical therapists to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in their homes across Elyria, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans for patients with a wide range of physical impairments and disabilities

• Conduct patient treatments under the supervision of a physical therapist, including exercise therapy, modalities, and other interventions

• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, stretching, and self-care strategies

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
