AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist patients in improving activities of daily living, functional mobility, strength, and independence
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
Accurately document treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home safety
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team
CPR certification preferred
