About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Award Care at Beneva, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their independence. We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Pay starts at $32/hr for FT and increases based on experience level

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

• Conduct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physical therapy team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
