Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients

• Conduct occupational therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and interventions to promote physical and mental well-being

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and best practices

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in occupational therapy or related field preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
