The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking a compassionate and flexible Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Gettysburg, PA. In this as-needed role, you’ll help residents rebuild strength, restore mobility, and reclaim independence through personalized care and evidence-based therapy.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality patient care using proven therapeutic techniques.

• Set and adjust short- and long-term functional goals.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania.

• Current BLS certification.

• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
