Physical Therapist

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. Your expertise will help our patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop customized treatment plans

• Conduct patient treatments using various modalities and modify plans as needed

• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care

• Attend facility and rehab meetings, as well as participate in committee meetings and in-service education

• Supervise junior staff members and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, patients, and families

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA

• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull; transfer patients; lift weights; transport patients; and perform treatment on the mat

• Knowledge of good body mechanics and exercise during patient treatment
