Bay Area Direct Client Care is looking to contract with experienced Physical therapist and Physical therapist assistants with our CHAP Accredited Home Care Agency. Rates range from $80 to $70 a visit and SOC are conducted by our nursing division.
Requirements
1 year minimum experience
Pass Level 2 background screen
Current CPR card
Current Florida License
