Full-time, part-time, and per diem PT openings in Worcester!
As a Physical Therapist at Worcester Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload. We offer competitive and weekly pay, up to $55 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available.* If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of our patients and residents, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans
Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with established plans of care
Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process
Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers
Documents activities according to our clinical documentation system
Demonstrates knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers, and supervisors
Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
Must possess an active and unencumbered PT license in Massachusetts
