About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist with Balanced Healthcare (2), you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a positive impact on their lives. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized treatment plans, performing patient evaluations and assessments, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with a wide range of physical and medical conditions

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments, including histories, evaluations, and reassessments

• Develop and implement therapeutic plans, including exercises, activities, and modalities

• Provide education and support to patients and their families on proper body mechanics, pain management, and disease prevention

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field

• Current physical therapy license in the state of Florida

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred, but not required
