Your Day-to-Day:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through guided therapeutic exercises.

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.

• Maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMR).

• Support and educate patients and caregivers on home programs and recovery techniques.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Colorado (or willingness to obtain).

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first mindset.

• Dedication to delivering hands-on, evidence-based care that helps people thrive.
