About the Role:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans

• Conducting physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

• Maintaining a safe and clean treatment environment

• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

• Licensed or certified as a Physical Therapy Assistant in PA

• CPR certification (preferred).

• 1+ year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

• Compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled patients.

• Physical ability to assist with patient transfers and provide hands-on therapy.
