About the Role:

• As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement treatment plans for patients with various physical impairments.
• You will provide one-on-one patient care, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
• You will assist patients in developing strength, flexibility, and range of motion to improve their overall function and mobility.
• You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
• You will participate in in-service education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or certificate in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Texas
• Ability to lift, pivot, and transfer patients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
