Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist / OTA to join our team. As a pediatric occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while enjoying the flexibility and support you deserve.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment

• Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers

Job Qualifications:

• Active NYS Occupational Therapy License (Required)

• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Pediatric experience is preferred

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

• Salary: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour

• Location: Hicksville, NY 11801

• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
