Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Position Overview
A leading hardware distribution company is seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers/Lumpers to join their warehouse team. This position involves loading and unloading materials, palletizing products, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be safety-conscious, physically capable, and committed to maintaining productivity and attendance standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
- Palletize, sort, and organize products for shipment and storage.
- Perform general warehouse labor duties as assigned.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Work overtime as needed to support operational demands.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required.
- Minimum of 1 years of forklift experience required.
- Ability to consistently lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Must be able to relocate to or commute to Spanaway, WA prior to starting employment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with loading and unloading freight.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
