Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatments, exercises, and activities
Monitor patient progress, report changes, and document treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in patient education and training programs
Maintain accurate records and reports
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
Requirements:
Current PTA certification
0+ years of experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
