This role supports patients in improving mobility, strength, safety, and independence while following the established plan of care.

The PTA delivers skilled therapy interventions, documents all services accurately, and communicates changes in patient status to the supervising PT and care team. This position requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a home‑based setting.
