About the Role:

As a COTA at Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will work closely with our occupational therapy team to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting occupational therapists in the implementation of treatment plans

• Conducting therapy sessions with patients, focusing on activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive rehabilitation

• Developing and modifying treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient progress

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or related field preferred

• Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy or a related field

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
