Physical Therapists (PTs) Needed Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem with Flexible Schedules

Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services.

Do you have home care experience, providing Home Care PT visits to patients in their homes? 

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Physical Therapists who can uphold our standards and culture and provide the highest quality available in the New York Metropolitan area 

You can choose how many days each week you want to work and will be given all the PT visits for each assigned patient (according to each patient's Plan of Care).

Qualifications:

•  
• >  Current and clear NYS Physical Therapy license
• >  Minimum 1 year home health experience
• >  Ability to travel in a minimum of 1 New York State County (we have cases in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens)
• >  Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care
