Position: Full-Time

Current Colorado COTA license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their highest level of independence
Accurately document treatments and resident progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maximize resident outcomes
Follow all state and federal regulations
Adhere to facility policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
