Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab is hiring a PRN (as-needed) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for a flexible clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

• Assist with resident screenings and treatment planning.

• Deliver individualized, goal-oriented care to improve function and independence.

• Document services and communicate progress with the therapy team.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

• Active Pennsylvania COTA license (or eligible).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.
