Front Desk Team Member

As a Front Desk Team Member, you will support daily patient interactions and ensure a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience from the first point of contact through each visit. You will play a key role in lead management, appointment scheduling, front office coordination, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This position is essential in creating a positive patient experience while supporting an organized and efficient practice.

Lead Management & Scheduling
  • Respond promptly to new patient inquiries and follow up with prospective patients.
  • Schedule new patient consultations and help maintain strong appointment attendance.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed consultations.
  • Maintain an organized schedule and ensure accurate documentation.
Patient Experience
  • Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional check-in and check-out experience.
  • Support a positive, comfortable, and patient-centered environment.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate next steps in care.
  • Help maintain efficient patient flow and on-time scheduling.
Financial Responsibilities
  • Collect patient payments and balances at the time of service.
  • Accurately post payments and maintain financial records.
  • Assist with daily reconciliation and support financial accuracy.
Operations Support
  • Follow established office policies, procedures, and scheduling protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and appointment information.
  • Support overall office efficiency and collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
  • Previous dental, orthodontic, or healthcare front office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
