Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative, skilled nursing environment focused on quality care and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatments for residents with short-term and long-term conditions

  • Deliver care in accordance with established treatment plans

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques

  • Monitor resident progress and response to therapy interventions

  • Accurately complete documentation per facility policies and state/federal regulations

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident outcomes

Qualifications
  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing (required)

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current treatment practices

  • Ability to work effectively with residents of varying needs and personalities

  • Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate
