Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
Location: Carlisle, PA
A skilled nursing setting in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an in-house rehabilitation team.

This position offers consistent scheduling of approximately 20–30 hours per week.
What You'll Do:
Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans designed to enhance residents’ functional abilities, mobility, and overall quality of life
Observe and document resident progress, reporting changes and outcomes to the Occupational Therapist and nursing team
Educate and train residents, families, and caregivers on safe and effective techniques to support daily living activities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote continuity and coordination of care across all disciplines
What You’ll Need:
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required
Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
