Job Summary

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team! Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our residents

• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to improve our residents' strength, flexibility, and range of motion

• Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share knowledge and best practices

• Stay current with evidence-based practices and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Missouri

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
