As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their maximum potential. You will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to design and implement individualized treatment plans, providing high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in conducting patient evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Implement treatment interventions, such as exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with therapists and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and goal achievement
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes
