Forklift Operator (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Job Type : Full-Time - On-Site (W-2 Hourly)

Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM (45-minute lunch | 3-day weekend every week)

Pay : $18.50

Top Metal Solutions LLC specializes in high-quality metal fabrication, including racks, structural components, CNC cutting, welding, and coating services. Based in Adkins, Texas, we are growing rapidly and take pride in building a strong team to support our manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our growing team. This role is critical for safely moving heavy materials, loading and unloading trucks, organizing the warehouse, and supporting daily logistics operations. •⁠ ⁠Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).

•⁠ ⁠Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas.

•⁠ ⁠Move, stack, and organize heavy materials in the warehouse and yard.

•⁠ ⁠Hook and unhook trailers as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Perform pre-operation inspections and report any maintenance issues or damages.

•⁠ ⁠Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to safely maneuver heavy loads and trailers.

•⁠ ⁠Valid forklift operator certification preferred (company training available for the right candidate).

•⁠ ⁠Bilingual English/Spanish required.

•⁠ ⁠Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-focused mindset.

•⁠ ⁠Physical ability to climb on/off forklifts, lift, and move materials as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.

•⁠ ⁠Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods.

•⁠ ⁠Work outdoors or in areas with heat, dust, or noise.

•⁠ ⁠Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.
