Physical Therapist PRN weekends SNF Inhouse Therapy

The Weekend PRN Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for evaluating, planning and delivery of appropriate physical therapy services, within a framework of interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation for our short-term rehabilitation clients and long-term care residents at King David Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Our PRN PT works independently on weekends to perform evaluations and treatments for sub-acute rehab clients preparing for d.c home.

Experience in SNF/LTC required  Utilizes Nethealth and PCC EMR.  At least one shift per month is required.
