Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park
Location: Lakeland, Florida
Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Shift: PRN

Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. If you are passionate about helping residents regain mobility, independence, and confidence, we’d love to hear from you.

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering safe and effective therapy sessions.

• Follow departmental policies, including maintaining a professional dress code, to foster a respectful environment.

• Ensure resident safety by adhering to strict safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Keep therapy areas clean, organized, and stocked with essential equipment.

• Promptly report hazardous conditions or faulty equipment for timely resolution.

• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling bodily fluids to ensure safety.

• Immediately notify your supervisor regarding missing or unclear labels or Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting.
