Forklift Operator

iBoost Talent is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution clients throughout the Raleigh, NC area.

Pay Rate:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, equipment operated, shift, and client location.

Available Shifts:
• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused forklift operators with experience operating one or more of the following:

• Sit-Down Forklift
• Stand-Up Forklift
• High Reach Forklift
• Cherry Picker / Order Picker

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials
• Pick and pull customer orders accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience operating Stand-Up, Sit-Down, High Reach, or Cherry Picker equipment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
