Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Morningstar Residential Care Center – Oswego, New York
Pay: Up to $45/hour + $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled PT services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards

• Develop individualized plans of care with clear goals and discharge planning

• Perform evaluations, annual screens, and nursing-requested assessments

• Document treatments, progress, and billing in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Utilize treatment modalities such as E-stim, ultrasound, and diathermy

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants per regulations

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Participate in care meetings, in-services, and ongoing education

• Maintain patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance

You’ll serve as a vital bridge between our rehab department and center staff, always representing our mission with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Certified and holds a valid Physical Therapy license in New York State
