Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Conduct physical therapy interventions, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to physical therapists on treatment effectiveness

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care

• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
