Home Care PT (Geriatric) $125,000.00 + Mileage Reimbursement 37Days PTO + 401K + Benefits

Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist for our Home based Geriatric and some Pediatric patients in Dutchess County. This position pays a $125,0000 starting salary, optional Chauffeur Service and offers a competitive benefits package including Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan after 3 months of employment, 27 Paid Time Off Days and 10 Paid Holidays. Fee For Service is available at $100.00 rate per 30-minute session for Independent Contractors. Case coverage on Weekends is currently available upon family approval.

Physical Therapist Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home care patients. Supports organization's mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.

Education

• Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or both.

• Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist.

Salary: $125,000.00
