Forklift Operator (Production)

We're hiring a Production Forklift Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Tampa. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for dependable candidates with forklift experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Production Forklift Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
• Operate a forklift safely to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Load and unload materials from trucks and production areas
• Supply production lines with materials as needed
• Move finished products to staging and shipping areas
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement throughout the warehouse
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications
• Previous forklift experience is required
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
