The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehab team. Your expertise will help residents communicate clearly, swallow safely, and regain confidence—making a lasting impact every day.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care goals
Document progress and contribute to patient success stories
Educate residents, families, and staff to promote ongoing communication and safety
What You Bring:
Active Arkansas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team-oriented approach and commitment to resident-centered care
Passion for helping residents regain their voice and independence
