We’re a skilled-nursing facility focused on restoring function and improving lives. If you’re a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with energy, compassion, and hands-on skills, we want to hear from you!
Support Independence: Carry out creative OT treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, and daily routines.
Evaluate & Treat: Assist with resident assessments and deliver effective therapy under OT supervision.
Be a Team Player: Work alongside OTs, PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff for coordinated, resident-first care.
Track Results: Use our EMR to document progress and help residents hit meaningful milestones.
Weekly Direct Deposit: Consistent and timely payment.
Qualifications:
NY State COTA license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Open to independent contractors
