About who needs care: unable to walk mobility issues has been in rehab for months with no improvement she wants to come home About the care needs: need to be physically able to get her up from ned patient and encouraging personality as she has had a rough 3 months in a very poor rehab facility that did little for hee Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
