What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the rehab team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
- Help residents maximize mobility, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
