Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! An Occupational Therapist (OT) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, This is preformed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Sercices/Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities 

• Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their mobility goals
• Work closely with other members of each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
