Cypress Care Center is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in an in-house subacute rehabilitation setting. This per diem role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of individualized therapy plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Provide hands-on treatment to patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatment and progress.

Qualifications:

Current PTA license in Florida.

• Previous experience in a subacute or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying patient needs.
