Occupational Therapist (OT)$40–$50 per Hour | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRNEmpower Residents to Live Life on Their Terms

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Help residents improve their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Address deficits related to strength, coordination, cognition, safety awareness, and functional independence

  • Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications

  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Assist with discharge planning and safe transitions home

  • Educate residents and caregivers on techniques that improve safety and independence

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

  • Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary discussions

What We're Looking For
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Colorado

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities

  • Passion for helping older adults maximize independence and quality of life

  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
